      As I explained to you, we can't exchange a CO2 tank from you if it's out of hydrostatic test. All legitimate CO2 services require tanks be in-test. Its not my policy, its a saftey code. They charge us $35 for a test so that's what we have to charge you. I don't make any money off it. Whoever gave you an out-of-test tank is the one wasting your time. Don't fault me for obeying safety codes. 1 star review for something I have no control over? Real nice.
