They are reliable and all extremely pleasant. Four stars because they will never load dirty dishes into an empty dishwasher or clean a few dishes that were in a sink. I have used them for a few years, taking a break when their prices went up. Didn't find a company that was comparable in cleaning quality so I started using them again.
