The worse company to work , the management is horrible , they totally dont care about the employees

I personally have not worked for this company but I have known a few people that have and let me tell yall, DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE!!! They will offer you a promotion waaaaaaaaaay outside your city, expect you to go tour the facility where your promotion will take place two days after offering the promotion amd if you can't make it due to unforseen circumstances, they WILL kick you to the curb regardless of how many years of your life you gave to the company. They are trash and management does not know how to do their jobs properly. They will promote people who refuse to help management during stressful personal times but not the people who actually help out and make their lives easier at work.

Management takes no accountability for failing the facilities and residents. No training expectations are unattainable for brand new staff that have never worked in a kitchen. My advice spend more time training your new employees and making them comfortable and spend less time scrolling on your phone blaming everything that is going wrong on new staff. The current structure is for failure set your employees up for success and you will retain good staff.
