        Ive never written a bad review before. And I wish this was about customer service because something could be done about that. But instead its because I called to see if they had a waterbed mattress for our soft side waterbed we purchased from them and they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they wouldnt stay open an extra 5mins so we could make it there and either purchase a new mattress or a repair kit as it supposedly gets flagged by corporate that they stayed open later.
