09-19-23: whoever it is working, the front desk right now @ 1:35pm, she is very unprofessional. It was clearly a social visit between herself, and some other lady on the other side of the counter, they were whispering between each other in a social manner laughing and chatting with absolutely no acknowledgment of my existence in the room. Not even a simple, Ill be with you in a moment. Absolutely nothing. Thats all I needed to experience to turn around and walk out of this place for forever. Dr. Fish Landrum who was my Moms doctor for many years before I found my Mom passed away two years ago. It would have been nice to have been able to continue my primary healthcare with a familiar doctor who has much of my family history, but it didnt take me long to get a bad gut feeling and realize that I was not where I should be and that I should turn around and walk out of that office which I did. I was the only other person in the room besides the lady on my side of the counter who was clearly having social time with the lady on the other side, without any regard for my existence, or the fact that I was turning around and leaving the room after standing there waiting for several minutes. It is clear to me, now, why this place of business is getting such low ratings, in part.

Took my Grandmother in law here to get a paper signed for her eye appointment. We were told they would fax the paperwork over to her eye doctor. They didn't. We went here June 10th. And they never received the faxed paperwork. Why tell us you're going to do this when you're not? Very upsetting for a doctor's office. Do better.

I didn't think their care could get worse. It did, now they don't care at all. There is a "front line" of unskilled, ignorant and rude people that prevent you from getting the help you need, or providing any service/solutions. It is shameful.
