If I could give -25 star review I would. This place is disgusting. The owner is a liar and a thief. We were moving back to Colorado from Dallas and this man lied and told us that his place was completely remodeled and the pictures in the website are nothing like what it really was. There were no smoke detectors, or carbon monoxide detectors. No ventilation. The place was filthy the furniture looked like something he picked up in an alley. There was no covers on the electrical outlets. You cant even control your own heat. I took pictures of the filth. I was told that I needed to pay in advance because in order to secure a reservation. There was only two other people staying there . When I told him that I would not be staying there he became belligerent telling me he would not return my money to me. He took 750.00 dollars from us and we did not stay for one day. The other reviews are probably people who he has do the reviews for him. This place is a code enforcement officers dream. Not to mention there is no place to walk your dog. He doesnt even supply a role of toilet paper. only nasty sheets on a bed that looks like he pulled out of the trash. STAY AWAY! This guy is a thief!! By the way the pictures on the add they this guy took with his own camera ,
If you click on any of the pictures its just keeps going to this one picture of a room that looks nice and big. Every single picture. I was traveling with my husband to relocate back to Denver.
Noteworthy details: I wasnt surprised to find out why Will doesnt practice law anymore.

Great place too stay with your pet, clean, quiet and friendly place. Feels like home, tile floors and bathroom, large TV with great wifi, and on-site washer dryers. The owner is great!

I highly recommend this extended stay. Very quiet, pet friendly and the insides are well done plus they dont charge nothing for my dog. And the prices are affordable.
Rooms: Newly remodeled, great look
Safety: Its quiet and no kids around and no homeless people

The best way I can describe this place is that its like putting a wig and lipstick on a pig. It looks all fine on the surface until you look closer. You have no control over the heat in your unit. There is no airflow in the room. There are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors or even a fire extinguisher. The owner/slumlord is a narcissistic, egotistical fraud. He is really nice until you say something he doesnt like. He is vulgar and curses constantly. He explained to me that he absolutely doesnt allow anyone under 18 to be at the hotel, not even to visit someone, because he effing hates effing kids! That is only one of his ridiculousrules. Anything outside of the room door is his, you cant barbecue or even stand outside of the room. I couldnt even try to understand his tirade about the low IQ of African Americans and Hispanics and what that has to do with his requirement that tenants make at least $4000 a month. We got to our room early in the morning on a Tuesday and by mid morning decided we had to leave because the place was too disgusting. I had to leave to go to work and my wife was there alone. When my wife told him we were not staying, Will, the owner, became very belligerent and said he was calling the police and was not letting her remove our things. He was being very intimidating towards her. Ive noticed on his responses to bad reviews he always says the person couldnt pay rent but I think its more likely the person refused to pay for this dump. I love how Will admitted on his response to my wifes comment that she and I or she stayed there for a week and her three cats wrecked the place. That was his reason for keeping our deposit. The thing is, he is so full of himself he doesnt even realize that we
Have a paper trail of where we were when he said my wife and I were staying in that disgusting room. Will stated that the cats ruined his room. See pictures below taken from Wills own camera in his own words responding to another bad review. This picture I got off of his website, because hes so predictable I knew he was going to say that exact lie. He made sure to tell my wife several times that he is a forensic psychologist!!! Hes just a narcissistic sociopath. I will make it my main objective to track down other people he has victimized just because they stood up to him. Thank you for responding just the way I knew you would.
The first two pictures I am posting are off of his website 3 months ago cat scratches on the couch he pulled out of the dumpster behind his dump.
The other other ones are the what my wife took. One of them is Will hurrying to clean up , when he noticed my wife taking pictures of the trash outside. I also included a screenshot of an article on how people like Will use AI to generate positive reviews for their businesses. Like this place really has a higher rating than the Brown Palace?!
