        Working with these folks as subcontractors of Xcel. We had an inspection on our gas line work in December and after a month and a half they still refuse to hook up our meter. They have insisted we already had a meter, that our paperwork was incorrect, and that the line we were discussing literally didn't exist. All of these were proven to be incorrect, all while we were begging them to just hook up our inspected line so that we could have heat. Nada. More run around. More delays I'll be frank; I'd be more forgiving if once, even once, anyone from the company had said they were sorry. Who looks at someone with no heat on a -8 degree day because of their mistakes and won't even say that they are sorry?
