Perfect Teeth - West Jewell

I went there on Monday because I had an abscess tooth and needed to be seen as an emergency. They refused and told me the soonest I could be seen was over two weeks She specifically shrugged and said there's nothing they can do about emergencies I have reported them to Kaiser I have been a patient there for 4 years And will never go there again Someone like this front office person who can cruelly and casually dismiss someone in pain should not be in the medical field

Literally have had the last 3 annual check up/cleaning canceled last minute by this location. Canceled about an hour from when I am supposed to be at my appointment. My husband has had the same thing multiple times as well. Not to mention they never have an actual dentist at the location. Went down hill the last two years, save yourself some frustration and go somewhere that cares about their patients.

Horrible, horrible customer service. The communication is really bad with these people had appointment scheduled on Friday, March 8 people called me cancel one hour before my appointment and then try to reschedule for the following Monday I cannot make it and theyre trying to make me pay a fee for not counseling within 48 hours what a joke.

The most comfortable dental appointments I have ever experienced. The Doctors and staff are all so pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dental office to everyone.

Needed an emergency appt due to an unexpected fall/face-plant. They were able to get me in, in under an hour, perform x-rays, and do thorough exam with the doctor. If there were more than 5 stars I would select that!!!!
