Amazing! I had been battling a bad toothache over the holiday weekend. I finally came across Dr. Lazaroff and was able to get in at 7 am after requesting an appointment at 11 pm the night before. All staff was polite and genuinely concerned. I definitely did not feel like a number.

The dentists here are amazing, the billing not so much. Ever since this place was purchased by Espire it's been a hot mess. The staff here neglected to bill my dental insurance in a TIMELY manner (12 months) and is now billing me for a cleaning from 2022. I have had cleanings done after 2022 and I have NOT been billed for the subsequent cleanings, so clearly they managed to bill the insurance correctly for those. The office made the mistake and now expect me to pay nearly $400 for it, since now they waited too long and the insurance won't cover a 2 year old claim for a cleaning. Not one apology was given to me, I was merely told that this bill populated when they switched systems to Espire and that I was responsible. I have referred family and friends here over the more than 5 years I have been seen here, but I will no longer be coming here. Ridiculous that they did not bill my insurance in a timely manner. Use this place at your own risk if you expect them to bill your insurance.
