Only work for this company if you have no other options and only work on a contract basis. If you do consider interviewing with them make sure you ask about any non- compete agreements etc. Family owned and operated - BEWARE !! As with all jobs the good and the bad aspects reveal themselves over time. The nearly 2 years I worked for CCI was the worst job experience I've had in 30 plus years as a Construction professional working for Architects, Engineers, Contracting or Building Inspection.
Poor management, poor communication, contentious environment, rediculous expectations, ramped paranoia, unprofessional , manipulative, disrespectful are but a few of the adjectives I would use to describe my experience working at CCI
Prepare yourself for a scheduling experience managed by a narcissistic incompetent lame whose insecurity and paranoia are only surpassed by his ability to throw you under the bus as needed and provoke the worst in people.
