This review is long overdue, but we owe Chris and Roma Construction so much. Chris and his team built our home in 2004, when my husband Richard was still alive. He and his company were exceedingly professional throughout the process. The attention to detail was excellent, as well as their technical understanding of our home and working relationship with our architect at the time. I will never forget when Chris approached me and my husband, with his Italian charm and said I will be glad to talk to the architect and do some value engineering for you guys. We had no idea what that even meant at the time, but let me tell you, Chris was able to get rid of the incredible costly caisson foundation and voids in the beams, and replaced it with a high tech post-tensioned slab, that has never moved, cracked or heaved. That saved us over $70,000! Chris could have easily pocketed the money, but instead allowed Richard and I to upgrade our kitchen and bathrooms! Our home is a custom concrete home, 50 times heavier than a stick framed home, but it is the only one on this side of town that has never had a structural issue, or foundation movements! Chriss subs were also outstanding, professional and possessed true craftmanship, and our job site was always clean and well organized. Many years have passed, but our beautiful custom home is still beautiful, energy efficient and solid as a rock! If you want a home that will withstand any type of natural disaster, from fire to tornadoes, then call Chris at Roma Construction! I have recommended many people to Chris and his company, and they have had the same experience as we did. Thank you again for all that youve done for us Chris!
