Do not contract with this company!! Chris, the owner, is shady and has no interest in developing a relationship with the clients. Kyle, a project manager, is condescending, misogynistic, as well as quick to anger when a discussion towards completion and payment is brought up. The only thing this company has going for them is one or two good Carpenters that will actually communicate with their customers. This is fair warning. These guys will screw you.

My mom's Landlord, these people bought the property that my mom lives in. She receives rental assistance because she just had covid for the 2nd time, she has August rent already but is insisting she pay September's rent by the end of the first week of August just so she can stay. She will be getting another 3 months of assistance if they can wait until September, and this gives her the ability to save and move at the end of the 3 months like the need her to. Well, when she expressed this to them, they sent her an email stating she had 3 weeks to move out if she doesn't pay Septembers rent this week. It's ridiculous that these people can push people out like this, and this is exactly what is wrong with our city right now. You have these developers coming in and buying properties and pushing the tenants out just so they can build some "high end property" and rent it out for way to much unaffordable to families and people who actually need the housing. You are one of the reasons why a lot of people can't afford to live here anymore. So sad.
