We loved working with TLC last summer. They were so knowledgeable and helpful in transforming our backyard! TLC: - Removed our old grass/leveled the space - Extended our concrete spaces, matching the existing concrete - Installed turf - Built a sizeable covered pergola (corrugated metal) - Built a smaller uncovered pergola The work was seamless, the teams worked hard, and Nancy constantly communicated, providing updates and timelines. Luis and his team are phenomenal. Our narrow, little driveway was literally falling down the mountainside. They came up with a retaining wall solution that stabilized our steep lot, doubled our turnaround space and gave us a yard area with GORGEOUS stone stairs all while protecting the old-growth trees on our property. Their care and consideration was above and beyond. I wont even consider anyone else for our next project. TLC is our go-to. We went with Tierra Landscape and Concrete after seeing their work first hand and wanted a similar designed pergola. Luis and the team were great with obtaining the permits, giving us the timelines and completing the construction on time. We're going to consider them for another project and would recommend to anyone else.
