The dark chocolate bear cluster was stale, the caramel had the texture of a brittle so expensive and not good. Been to other locations and never had this problem, could not even finish it.

The staff is lovely and friendly but the chocolate is on the pricier end and for the $$ tasted stale and offputting, having tried the walnut fudge and raspberry bar. The best item was a salted caramel milk chocolate square.

We are locally owned and operated and take a lot of pride in our store, products and amazing staff! We have so many amazing options to try, I hope you come back and give something else a try!

I hesitate to give a 3 star rating. I would give the staff a 5 star rating. They were friendly and very accommodating. Now that fall is here I was excited to get a Caramel Apple. The price is now $6.50 for a plain Caramel Apple. Unfortunately what used to be an a treat is now a disappointment. The apple had a very thin layer of Caramel. There was way more apple than caramel. It used to be the opposite. I guess I will make my own. My advice to the owner is dont skimp on the caramel. You just lost a customer.

Hi Lisa! The recipe for our homemade from scratch caramel has not changed in 40 years. We make it the same way it has always been made and we dip the apples the same way as well. I am sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. We take a great deal of pride in our caramel apples and dip each one by hand.
