I have worked with Rick for over 30 years. Yes that long. I have a chronic severe neck stenosis which he helps me maintain with very little pain. There is no comparison when I am getting Network Chiropractic work to if I don't. Without it I live with significant chronic pain and on pain medications. Rick's work deeply relaxes my body out of the automatic fight or flight responses that go on just with daily stress levels, in our complicated modern lives. He helps my body learn to relax itself and to maintain a much healthier balance than I would be able to otherwise. He is a strong believer in the idea that the body can heal itself but sometimes it just needs a little help. He provides that help and with it I am much healthier and more balanced.

Dr. Rick is truly amazing and is a very patient, compassionate and caring healer. He has helped me to understand that our bodies can heal themselves, through mind/body connection. What a paradigm shift! Ive had spinal issues (neck, back and tailbone pain) for over 30 years, but it got worse in the last 3 years. Tailbone pain was so bad I couldnt sit for more than 10 minutes. I went to various medical doctors, chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists and no one could figure out what the real issue was. Dr. Rick told me on my first visit that he was going to fix me. I was amazed at his confidence and felt safe. I learned that a lot of the pain was due to stress that was stored in my body and he helped me release it through Network Spinal Analysis and Somato Respiratory Integration. The process took a year but it was so worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Rick!

I had been struggling with terrible neck pain on my left side since fall 2017 - I thought it came on because I was a stomach sleeper, so I adjusted how I slept, bought all the pillows, all the bedding, even bought a new mattress...nothing changed, it would get better but then come back and never really fully go away. At it's worst I couldn't look to the left at all, or pick my head up on my own. I got body work done, chiropractic adjustments, nothing made it better. X-rays showed that two disks were compacted at the top of my spine. After several years of this on again off again pain in the neck, a friend recommended Network. I found Dr. Rick by googling network spinal analysis, watched a couple of his youtube videos and decided to make an appointment. THE FIRST TIME Dr. Rick performed network on me I felt relief from the neck pain that I had been experiencing for years!!! "You're a witch doctor" I said as I looked all the way to the left comfortably, completely in awe. I have been a patient of his since, and am so grateful for his insight into how we store our emotions and how they become pain in the body, and how to move through it all.
