        Horrible! I have seen several chiropractors for extended times. My first visit at the joint, I was in a lot of pain and could barely move because of my hip. I went in, she asked me about 3 questions and began to work on me. Did about 3 moves and sent me on my way. I then could not move for the next 2 days. When I was checking out, the receptionist told me I could get a 4 pack for the price of 2 visits. I decided to do this 4 pack and hopefully see someone else. Well, everytime I went in it was only her that was available. The next two times she worked on me (5 mins total) I kept feeling worse. I decided not to use my last visit in my package. Well, I just got charged $80 for another "monthly package" I was never informed this would be a monthly membership. When I reached out to management they refused to refund me even after my complaints. They said I signed the document. Yes, I did sign the pages of documents, I was in a lot of pain and should have paid more attention. But I was mislead. The receptionist clearly told me that this would be a 4 pack. Horrible!!!! Go see an actual professional it's worth it! And they actually take the time to find out what's really wrong. I feel completely taken advantage of. My best advice- find a professional. Way different experience .

        I just starting going here and I love it, it's a routine care that my body needs to feel more relaxed, especially working at a computer all day. I have slight scoliosis and the care here is top notch for what I need. Obviously if you have severe back ailments, this place may not be for you, probably get a recommendation from a Doctor for a place that better suits your needs. The people are nice and efficient, idk what else you can ask for? Price is cheap compared to other services that cost an arm and a leg to ease discomfort.

We pride ourselves in our quality and convenient care, and go to great lengths to hire top performing doctors for our clinics. Our adjustments should always feel efficient, professional, and personal. We truly apologize that you felt this was not the case. We also apologize for any misunderstanding about your plan. We work very hard to ensure that our staff clearly explains all of the policies to our patients in order to avoid a situation such as this. Our Wellness Plan gives patients 4 adjustments a month for only $89 - our best deal on regular care. Per our membership agreement, your plan has a 2 month minimum that then continues month to month until you request cancellation and turn in the proper form. All patients who choose to take advantage of one our plans agrees to all terms of the plan in writing before commencement of any billing. Copies of these agreements, which get taken home with every new member, clearly state how the plan works, how it is billed, our refund policy, and our cancellation policy. With that being said, we continually strive for great customer service and will work to ensure transparency with our plans, which allow us to provide our care for a very discounted rate.
