        They are very poor customer service. And they don't care about people, and they don't care about helping get information on Checking accounts if you're interested of opening checking account. They're very rude, go look online. They said that's not how you do it.

        I have been with this bank 20 or 30 years now. The have my home loan, my credit card and have serviced other loans. Very convenient to have them all together. I mostly do online banking but have had no problems. I did have some customer service trouble once when on the phone. I think pretty goid fir all these years.
