Einstein Bros. Bagels

Don't EVER come here!! They took forever to make our bagels and when we got them there was almost no cream cheese on any of our bagels if I could give them a 0 star I would.

Pick order placed at ~7:20 am for Pickup at 8:00 am. The blueberry muffins that should have been in my brunch box were substituted with apple streusel . Really? Out Of muffins 1 hr and 20 minutes after open? First disappointment. Secondly, the twice baked hash browns in the box obviously werent even cooked the first time around. They were inedible, the potatoes were so undercooked they were crunchy. I felt sorry for the lady at the register, she could barely keep up while the line kept growing. Do better, Einsteins. Giving 2 because the items that were as advertised actually met expectations.

Horrible experience I had this morning. We ordered early, around 6:50 am, only received our food at 7:20, even after customers after us already received their orders. Employees claimed we were already called, even though they rushed back to make our bagels. When they quickly made it, it was haphazardly thrown together, barely toasted, barely any cream cheese on it. Horrible experience, employees and manager did not seem to care for us. I hope action is done with the manager in charge to fix this. If you are considering going to this location, please go somewhere else.

This location is THE worst. They never get a Door Dash order correct, and it's always thrown together in a way that shows they really don't care about serving quality food. Every time, the food sucks. I waited a very long time and tried again today to give them a chance. Today, I spent way too much money on a messy item that was supposed to be a breakfast bagel sandwich and to top it off, a half frozen hashbrown side. Really....half frozen. They didn't even bother to put some heat to it. Go anywhere but here. I won't ever make the mistake again. Edit after response from the restaurant: No, thank you. Your response is a canned one. Every time I have ever ordered from this location, it was disappointing and mostly inedible. I won't be reaching out further, and I won't pander to your request to edit this review to be more positive. I can't be the only person you have heard this from in regards to this location. Wild idea, start there and do something about it. I won't be going back no matter what kind of coupon you offer. The food will be the same... I'm good. Thank you, but no, thank you.
