I cannot recommend these guys enough! Within 24 hours they had diagnosed about a million problems with my car and fixed the most important ones to make the car safe again. They have a comprehensive diagnostics showing exactly what I will need done in the future. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful explaining things to me. I will definitely be back in the future.

They replaced my radiator. A week later it's leaking again. Was told by manager Matt they were too busy and that I have to wait a whole weekend with no car. No offer for a loaner and no reimbursement for having to pay for a rental car. Sufficed to say l am disappointed in how they handled the situation and the lack of empathy they have for a paying customer that is going to have to pay more for a mistake they made.

Loved interacting with Matt & team here. They really go above and beyond to take excellent care of you and I've gotten wiser spending time in the lovely waiting room and chatting with Matt, he is a lovely human being and so is everyone else on the team. My dog loved hanging out here too! The waiting area is wonderful, I was able to connect to wifi while waiting, and enjoyed the refreshments they had sitting out. They really put the heart in heart auto repair, I will drive out of my way to work with them again. Lovely humans so grateful for y'all
