        There is a pool. It isn't in very good shape and the h.o.a. is a trip and has changed hands more then a few times now. No more gym or sauna, or neighborhood yard sales or barbecues. But it is centrally located. Just off of Kipling. There are a lot of renters now and days. Original owners are far and few between which explains alot. I wish it would or could go back to the original good times. We will see what the future holds I guess. 3 beds 2 bath. Some have garages. Most have carports. Some have fireplaces. Most do not. Some have a small somewhat private patio area. Some have basements or at least crawl spaces. Depending on which ones you live in and what part of the diamond shape Street you live on. Nice little park (No Slides or swings) grassy area like space by the run down tennis court and basketball court.
