I am shocked to see any positive reviews for this place in the past year or so. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because this was my first time renting an apartment and I came from out of state. Anyway this is definitely not a quiet apartment complex. It is the most uncomfortably warm place I have had to sleep in. Your AC wall unit isn't gonna do anything for you so expect to invest in a portable. Wasn't even gonna mention the roach problem until I saw it in pretty old reviews which... is really embarrassing and disgusting. I think the best piece of advice I can give is don't order packages here. The buildings are physically labeled differently from maps so people will constantly get confused and mess up the delivery. Worst of all other tenants will just take your package and not bring it to your door so expect to start using amazon lockers. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
