Don't move in here, the staffs are passive aggressive , very much so. Its also ridiculous price for what they offer in a Ghetto neighborhood, full of drugs and suspected activity happening all over... I wanted to take them to court so bad, but not worth my time in any way for what it is. You can see i never post reviews good or bad , as i look forward working with anyone but these guys!! This place is going down the drain. Residents who just move in here, please post a review after you lived here enough, ,lot of the reviews seem like from people who had a nice tour from the passive aggressive staffs - who don't understand the real nature they are in. Terrible Experience!!!!

We love the area. There is a lot to do nearby. Elena really helped us with the move in process and the amenities have been great. Thanks for everyone's help! We definitely enjoy living here.

My name is Chris and I am a sales Rep for HDSupply. Alta Sloan's Lake is one of my customer and I deal directly with the Maintenance Supervisor Mariana. I can tell you that she is always asking me if there is a part I can find because it is broken, worn out and not aesthetically pleasing or she just wants to make sure she has one on hand just in case. She has great attention to detail and really cares about the property.

It has been a few months I started working at this Property as a vendor (Corboa LLC) Marian Martinez has been good to work for very efficient. Shes always there when my painting crew needs assistance . Scheduling of the units is great and we never run out of paint shes on it always shes great.
