        For the past year, Tina has consistently relieved my back and hip pain via acupuncture. I am in my 30s and hurt/over-used my body in sports growing up; thus my back muscles will suddenly lock-up or tweak when I push my self too hard. The pain and recovery typically takes 2-3 weeks untreated, but with Tina s acupuncture my recovery time 2-3 days.
