        Every other chiropractor wanted to charge me thousands of dollars for decompression. Back country chiropractic literally gave me my life back without making me pay upfront thousands of $ for treatment like the others. I am working without pain, im getting back into exercising, and Im finally feeling like myself after a year of living in pain. I cannot say enough good things about the work they do here for others. It is truly a one of a kind place. I wish more Dr. 's cared about their patient's wellbeing like the Dr. here.

      Hi Kristen,As we explained to you, our package purchases are good for three months as they are intended for rehabilitation purposes. This is in accordance with our office's policies and procedures regarding the packages. You reached out to us a year after your initial purchase demanding a refund due to your distance from the office. Additionally, this is the first time we heard of any injury, which you did not mention at your second visit. When you called us, you were verbally abusive to our receptionist and refused to let Dr. Warner speak. We respectfully ask you to discontinue this abuse, including in an online forum. While we are sorry to hear how upset you are currently feeling, we will proceed to resolve this matter through the appropriate channels. Sincerely,Back Country Chiropractic

      Sir, we honor all Groupon packages, unless your Groupon was expired. We have never NOT honored a Groupon package. This is the first we've heard of any complaint regarding not honoring Groupon packages.
