        Two years ago FC did my taxes and it was OK. Cost $300 or so. Last year they did them and charged me $600 and didn't even tell me why. I tried to contact them and no one would respond. Also took forever to get my return. This year I ditched FC and used Turbo Tax. SO easy and cheap, and I already have my return and it's more than FC got me by far! I will never use Four Corners again.

      Rachel, we are sorry that our pricing structure doesn't work for you. We understand that pricing can be different for various companies. That being said you did not have a basic return since you did have a rental, we had to buildi your financials and we still gave you a small discount. All of our pricing was laid out on our engagement letter that you signed.
