They didnt tell us when work would be done, just showed up and started without touching base and confirming service. My son's graduation party was the next day, left us with a half- done project for his party. Told us we could choose our replacement trees but just showed up with random, mismatched trees and when I complained one looked like it was dying, told me I would have to wait for it to die (could be 2 years) then file a claim with them. Didnt have utilities marked before digging new trees, cut neighbors cable then blamed us for not having it marked in advance for them (remember, they didnt tell us they were coming). Unresponsive, unprofessional, DO NOT recommend. Services: Tree planting, Tree removal, Tree trimming & pruning

Was almost ran off the road by one of there company trucks. Then watched as the driver almost cause 3 other accidents. Clearly driving safety isnt a priority to them and Im guessing safety overall isnt a priority either. Would not hire them.

Great job of removing 3 trees but they did not remove any of the stump grindings which was part of the deal. Over a month after taking the trees out, they came back but did not collect any stump grindings. I had to pay another company to come in and finish the job. Once the stump grindings were removed, there was still quite a bit more grinding that needed to be done. We live in a neighborhood with a lot of large mature trees. Justin and his team were in our neighborhood for over one month in the early fall. They were all fabulous, professional, knowledgeable, and some of the hardest working folks we have ever seen. Their prices were fair and work so excellent they literally kept going from house to house throughout our neighborhood, with our neighbors seeking Justin and his crew every time (not the opposite - no soliciting involved - a welcome situation for all). Justin and every member of his team were a pleasure to work with and did incredible work! Additionally, Justin and his crew are true arborists, which was very refreshing. We also purchased wonderful firewood from them, which they stacked perfectly, again for a great price. ** Lastly, they were the only tree professionals, after looking for many years, who brought their entire crew and equipment up to Central City to care for - beautifully again - the historic Central City Opera House gardens. Again, they loved the challenge, appreciated the opportunity, and the work done and price were amazing! A +++ Exceptional in every way!!! Service: Tree trimming & pruning
