        My complaints are the same as all the other bad reviews. Poor professionalism, missed appointments, bad paperwork to Denver Water. Save yourself a headache and spend $5 more to go with professional company, it will be the best $5 you ever spent.

        We have used Doug several times to service our back flow issues. He has been prompt and we are greatly satisfied with the service he provides.

        After scheduling an appointment with me and then not showing up, when I called and talked to Doug he then said "sorry bro, it's Friday and I can't be there"....even though we talked the afternoon before.

        Doug installed, adjusted and certified a new backflow valve at our Community Garden. Our original valve was stolen by vandals. It was literally ripped out of its original installation. Doug repaired the pipes, connected and adjusted the device and provided some great information to keep it running correctly. He was on time, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks to Doug our community garden has water to start the season. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
