Ben and his team were awesome! They were able to get us locked in with a great rate They worked so hard to get to closing that we got the clear to close 5 days ahead of schedule! On top of this, Ben and his team were very much available whenever we called/ texted. What I appreciated most (especially as a first time homebuyer) is that Ben took the time to explain the home buying process, provided some guidance to help us get approved, and gave some history of the market. He's very personable, and actually seemed interested in working with us, which was very different from the other lenders we spoke with. We highly recommend working with Ben and his team at loanDepot to secure your home loan!

Let me start by saying, Ben and his team are amazing. We have bought homes in the past and this by far was the smoothest transaction, that we have been involved in. Right from the start, Ben and his team kept us posted on every step of the loan process. There were a couple of calls from me, with lots of questions. He was always reassuring and always had a positive outlook. At the beginning of the buying process, we were referred to a lender that our real estate agent used all the time. We know that because our last house we bought, we used his lender. When it came down to the final numbers, the lender quoted us a high interest rate and we would have to pay a point, around 3300. We decided to call LoanDepo because our current loan is though them. We were referred to Ben and his team. I asked Ben if he could get us a lower interest rate and we needed to close in THREE weeks, yes I said that right, THREE weeks.. Bens response, I got you, no problem. He not only got us a significantly lower interest rate but we paid no points and closed in THREE weeks, which is amazing to me. Ben and his team, work hard and get the job done. Ben and his team are fantastic and amazing. Thank you, so much Ben and team....I appreciate your dedication and hard work.I loved chatting with you, very friendly and professional. Ben Yost was absolutely amazing in his Ben Yost was absolutely amazing in his care, follow up, making sure we got the best rate available, reached out to us when needed any additional information, was there available to answer all our calls and questions, and even calmed us down when we had anxiety about the house purchase. Ben made sure we closed on time, and made sure we save money. This is our 3rd house we buy, and our experience with Ben Yost at loan Depot is BY FAR the best experience we had

what a great experience. Ben is so helpful. this was my first closing. Ben was always there for my un ending phone calls. I will refer people to Ben any time. Even with Covid 19 going on we closed in time. I am so grateful to have a team that works hard for it's clients.
