        Been my agent for a couple of years. Recent accident and Josh was super helpful taking care of me and making sure I knew what I needed to do. One thing I would suggest is that they reach out before policy renewal to go over changes. That would be helpful. But I like that when I call, after I get through the phone prompts, I get to talk to a live person, usually Josh.
