I started off getting good rates from Jason many years ago; in fact I trusted him to handle my home owner's policy when we became new home owners; however in the past 3 years I have watched my rate for my policy jump up by the hundreds, YES HUNDREDS. Might I add that we have never filed a claim and still have watched our rates sky rocket every single year. It's disappointing because he was referred to us by a family member and we now feel taken advantage of. Last year I was ill, I had to have brain surgery for a brain tumor so I was unwell and not able to find another policy, this year I'll be seeking business elsewhere or will cancel altogether. After many years of service you would expect your rates to go down NOT UP. My advice, seek a second opinion before signing on to a policy with him. The rate hikes make no sense and there is no long term customer care for ongoing policy holders, you will only see an increase in rates and a dent in your pocket.
