I made an appointment here on a Saturday for a haircut on Monday. I tested positive for Covid on Sunday - since they are closed on Sunday I couldnt call and cancel but I left a voicemail and called as soon as they opened on Monday. They are charging me $30 for cancelling. I guess they are so greedy and desperate for money - I hope they enjoy my $30 because that is the LAST PENNY they will EVER get from me!!!!

I would give this place 5 stars, but they could not process my gift card due to difficulty with their new system. The whole reason I went today was to USE THAT GIFT CARD, and I added services that I wouldn't have purchased because I had it. I did not appreciate the owner's indifference toward my situation and her insistence that I just pay for it. Everything was wonderful EXCEPT for her. The cosmetologist was lovely and skilled--the salon is comfortable and stylish. Services: Permanent makeup, Eyebrow beautification, Eyebrow shaping, Waxing
