        I had a 10:00 appointment this morning for my Outback. I asked when it would be ready and they said in about 1 1/2 hours. They said they would call me when it was ready and confirmed my cell phone number. I came back at 1:20 and they had not started on it. The young man at the desk when I returned was very rude when I told him I had been told it would be 11/2 hours and that I was very disappointed. I asked for my keys and assured him I'd never be back. Incredibly poor service. Avoid them.
