Money hungry and this treatment is terrible. Susan is rude and doesnt help with anything you ask for. Terrible human skills. Doesnt respond to emails or anything. I tried to call the office but no one answered. And to think coming here would help it just triggered me every time I was in class. Didnt go over any material just pretty much talked the whole time about whatever random stuff would come up.

Staff is inconsiderate and nonconfidential. The people do not care if you finish the classes or not. They are just there to get paid. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Susan ghosted me after 3 or 4 one-on-one Skype sessions after I expressed my relief Trump was no longer president immediately following the election. She told me she thought Trump had really been picked on. We moved on after this, and I didnt think it was a huge deal. I certainly didnt feel like there was any reason to stop seeing her, and that was never mentioned. She missed our next Skype session and never replied to an email again. Susan should not be allowed to practice. I had a great experience at Rangeview in 2019, so its a shame, but it sounds like she also got rid of the best of her counselors. Left her own devices Susan is manipulative and dangerous. I hope youre doing better, Susan, but Ill never forgive you. Please dont hurt anyone else.
