        Had my hearing tested in middle of January 2023. Told I needed level 2 hearing aid. No communication, (except 2 emails from bookkeeper and a call from a toll-free number asking for my credit card and $2000.00 to pay for a pair of rechargeable hearing aids. I refused and was told someone from HPA would call and collect my credit card number, still no call, my calls were not returned!!) no hearing aids. I questioned my insurance company. They sent me to another provider in Lamar. I always say if you are too busy, I will help you out and go elsewhere. I always try to keep my business local,, if possible.
