They dont work with you. Call you multiple times a day. Show up at your house at 7:30 am or 9 pm when corporate has said theyre not allowed to operate outside of business hours. Nikita is extremely rude, disrespectful and argumentative. Doesnt care what corporate says. They want their money and they will harass you until they get it. They do not care if youre gonna get fired cause they wont stop calling, if youre facing eviction cause paying them is the only way to get them to stop harassing you. The manager Dara Dillon doesnt care to manage her employees behavior and unprofessional conduct

My washer died a few months back. I believe it was snowing that day and my local appliance store didnt have any washers in stock. We called Aarons (not really sure if they did cash sales) and we were pleasantly surprised at the retail prices and the same day pick up options. My dryer died a few days ago, and I wanted the matching dryer to the washer I recently purchased, so we called Aarons again. The general manager was SO helpful and was even able to give us a rebate on the dryer! The dryer unfortunately came out of the box with a defect. I called to let the general manager know, and she sent a tech and a new one on the truck just in case. The tech couldnt find the issue, so they replaced it. It was SO hassle free and convenient! The techs were professional and personable as well! Id highly recommend this location as an option for full retail sales if you dont want to go all the way to Pueblo or buy anything used!
