I lost my home to the East Troublesome wildfire in 2020 and spent about 8 months trying to get everything that was owed to me from State Farm before I found out about American Claims. State Farm seemed to be working with me and seemed well intended, but they kept putting obstacles in my way that I did not know how to overcome, specifically around the 20% extra one can get if an estimate to rebuild is received in the very same software format as State Farm's. I needed someone twho understands the unwritten rules of the insurance world and could speak their language.
American Claims was my answer. With their help, I am now confident that I have received the maximum settlement payout that my policy provides. I can now use the additional funds to help rebuild my home and have the peace of mind knowing that this hectic part of my life is over.
