McDonald's

This is the worst McDonald's we have ever been too. The staff is rude and talk back to you when they mess your order up twice. The staff seems like they don't want to even be here. I would recommend to drive to the next McDonald's. Don't waste your time here.

Stood in line for over 5 minutes with no help to order a glass of tea and fries. Three employees no one else in line and not one car in the drive thru. Too busy to take my money so I walked out.

I cant give a whole lot of feedback since we never even got to order. They were grossly understaffed and the lady who should have been taking orders inside was too busy packing drive-thru orders. She never spoke or acknowledged us for 15 minutes. She just continued filling orders for the drive thru. We went to Carls Jr. next door and ordered and had our food in less than 5 minutes.

Probably one of the best McDonalds Ive been to. If your traveling i70 easy access on and off i70. 5 Stars for the ease of access and the food seems to always be as fresh as you can get from a fast food place!

Although the true essence of McDonald's is one of tradition and fine dinning, this McDonald's was nothing of the sort. Not only was I verbally abused by the manger after simply asking for a full refund because my child threw our Big-mac's at a passing car, but I was also subject to extreme emotional trauma because the ice cream machine was broken. When I charged into the back to see if it was true, I ran into a refrigerator and broke my pride. And, as I drove away from the establishment from hell, I took a sip of my Sprite and promptly totaled my car. I was un-injured in all but my pride and I left my child at the mcdonalds so IT was not injured either. The Sprite was WAYYYYY to spicy for any normal human consumption and I feel extremely emotionally vulnerable because if it. After the previously stated gross misconducts I have come to the conclusion to never return to a McDonald's again.
