        I went to Joann in Arizona years ago. I'm so happy to know she is now here in Highlands Ranch at Joy of Wax. I have had a wonderful experience every time! She does amazing work, and I have never been unhappy with the outcome. Joann is very professional and easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend Joann to anyone! In fact I have another appointment with Joann next week! ;)
