Jeff the owner of Pristine Pools is the by far favorite the most professional pool maintenance person I have had the pleasure to work with in the past ten years. He not only stands head and shoulders over any other company I have worked with in terms of knowledge and quality of workmanship, he returns phone calls and keeps appointments. Unlike so many other pool companies he is mature and understands that my time is as valuable as his. I look forward to working with Jeff for many more years.

Great company! We live in CO but I was dealing with an issue with a pool we have out of state. They were willing to help answer some general questions I couldnt answer locally for some reason. Very knowledgeable and wish they were in the same state so we could do business.

I called to get help with some annual maintenance items for my cold plunge. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive service, they were kind enough to walk me through the basics so I can handle it free of charge. Its so rare to see businesses with that type of compassion and integrity. A+

Jeff is the man! I called looking to set up service since I was having a handful of issues. One being with my intellichem system, he asked what was going on and gave me some advice over the phone to fix it. He then followed up the next day to see if it was working. His advice fixed the issue. Super knowledgeable. I won't be calling anyone else in the future, and I'll be having them out to address some of the other issues in the near future.
