Most confusing store layout of all time. The swim and snow apparel is mixed 50-50 in two completely different locations. So, snow pants, swim trunks, and gloves are all together in one section, while snow JACKETS and swim accessories are located on the opposite end of the store. You would think this is a 1 day transition as the seasons change, but its been like this for week. Other nonsensical changes coming from upper management include putting the small stock of roller blades and roller skates in the back, complicating the niche market for roller blades and adding more need for customer service in an environment when finding enough staff to stay open is a struggle. What the heck is going on

Ive been here multiple times now and I can say without a doubt this is one of the best retail stores Ive ever been to. The store is always in great shape and the staff here is phenomenal. Every time I went in they treated me like a close friend! I always find what Im looking for whether its racquetballs (great selection), shoes, camping gear, or a good conversation! Im serious when I say the staff is good. Im not in very much anymore, but I still remember a lot of their names and thats saying something. It doesnt matter if youre helped by Grant, Billy, Max, Braden, Jay, Mik, or Matt/Marty? (the manager) you know youre in good hands. Best big 5, best team, best stuff. These guys dont just go to work, these guys BRING IT.

I like shopping at Big 5. I like that it's easy to park and easy to get in and out. Not like a mall store. Their selection is pretty good. I found the staff helpful and friendly.
