Walmart Auto Care Centers

I first arrived yesterday for my appointment at 2pm, and was told they would have to do it the following day, and the only opening was 7am. Got here for my appointment at 7am, which they pushed back to 9am, got there at 9am and they told me "it's going to be a looooooong time." Walking around the Walmart right now because they only have 1 tiny waiting area. I work customer service, I get how it is being busy but this just isn't it, go to another Walmart.

Winnie is amazing! I didnt realize that I needed an appointmentWinnie was willing to work me in anyway. She was courteous, incredibly kind, changed my oil very quickly; and probably the friendliest employee that Ive ever dealt with at Walmart! Thank you, Winnie for making my experience so wonderful!

As pleasant as a trip to the DMV. Wasted nearly an hour to simply have a battery installed. They've also been ignoring their phone the whole time I've been here. Come on.

Such an amazing way to kick off 2024. Had a nice and timely experience getting my oil change done at this location. Winnie is also very kind and a delight to interact with! Highly recommend this location and I will be coming back!!
