        The service the everything was great! and clean even the other people in the theatre was freaking Kool we was screaming clapping laughing as a group..the family bathroom was a plus

        I took my bonus son to a movie for his birthday tonight. The movie was pretty good. However the theater sound was awful. The sound was so low even in the parts that were suspenseful. We could literally hear the people around us chewing, moving their seats (they have reclining) chairs, making any small noise. I could hear almost every word of people talking rows away from us. Even in a low whisper talk. I didnt leave the movie to report it because if I did I would miss important parts, the movie was suspenseful and didnt have down times to sneak away. After the movie was over I reported to the customer service desk the issue and I got a huge attitude from an older gentleman with a beard and glasses (the manager refused to disclose his name). He did go get the manager for me. His name was Chris. Chris was much nicer with the way he talked to me but there was no good resolution. I missed half of what was going on in the movie because you literally couldnt hear it. I could have stayed home and watched any movie and the quality of the sound would have been better. I had a sound issue one time before I was at this theater and thought maybe it was just something weird but now I know its just the theater. Dont waste your money here. Go take your business or Regal, the last movie I saw there I could literally feel the sound and heard everything as your should be able to when you go to a movie. After all you go to the movies for an experience!
