For all my insurance needs I always go to Scott. Not only does he try his best to give me the polices I need at a great price but his customer service is always great. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love the rate that Scott got me for my insurance! It costs less for more coverage than what my previous insurance provided. When my car was hit, Scott made sure that everything was handled and made the process a lot less stressful than it could have been.

My wife and I have been customers of American Family for almost 14 years now when we first bought our home. Scott Gallagher in Highlands Ranch, CO has been our agent since that time. We have multiple policies with Scott including our Homeowners, Automobiles, and Life Insurance. We've been very pleased with the performance of Am Fam on the various claims we've had and the prices on the policies are competitive. The customer service provided by Scott over the last several years has steadily and significantly decreased creating a lot of frustration for us. In the last several months we've had a need to add two new policies to our portfolio - an auto policy for our new truck and an RV policy for our new camper. In both scenarios we sent two separate emails over several days providing Scott with the information we needed but with no response. The auto policy inquiry took two additional phone calls in addition to the email to elicit a response for a quote and a policy. For the RV policy we also sent two emails over the course of two days explaining that we're about to close on a new RV and we needed a quote and a policy but with no response. We included a copy of the signed Buyer's Order we would be executing as part of the transaction in our initial email. After following up with a phone call we were told "Oh, I didn't know this was urgent". Needless to say that we were furious by the lack of responsiveness and lack of urgency of our request. At this point we've decided to change agents. We simply can't justify paying the amount of money we do to Am Fam on a monthly basis and receive such poor customer service from our agent. I'd rather let an agent get paid on our policies who actually cares about our business and not take it for granted.
