Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Highlands Ranch

We needed a place to stay while the power was out in our neighborhood. This was a comfortable place to hang waiting for the outage to end. The staff made sure we had a room even though it was nearly sold out. I'd recommend it for anyone who appreciates a comfortable bed, cook top, full size refrigerator, couch, computer desk table and kitchen table without feeling squeezed in.

The website says sound proof windows. When you lay in bed and the decibel meter on your phone goes above 60, that's pretty far from "sound proof". Incredibly rude staff and Amy Healy, the GM, LIED TO MY FACE! They were unwilling to fix my broken garbage disposal so on the 4th, yes FOURTH day it wasn't fixed, I went to the front desk. That's when the GM told me they were waiting on a part. Was it an Allen wrench, you liar??? Yeah, it was only a 2 second fix with an Allen wrench, but we had rotting food in our sink for 4 days. On top of all of this, we were supposed to have 3 phones. We had one, and it didn't even work!! How the hell is this place in business??? Stay at home2suites down the road. Much nicer place and staff.

The staff was amazing, and the location was easy to get to. My son lost his phone, and we later found out that he had left it in the room. The next day, they sent it out to us, fed ex. It is so comforting to know that not only did this place have a family vibe with the people running it, but that they cared enough to send our lost property back to us so quickly. It is a genuine place with genuine people. Thank you, staff of residence inn. You are all so amazing!
