Orangetheory Fitness

After a two years of doing my own thing at my home gym I decided I wanted to give orange theory a try since I couldnt afford a private trainer and wanted to closely track personal gains. If you are hesitant or get gym intimidation, please just do a free class. The instructors (especially Hayley) are literally the best. They help guide and push you to be your best. You will absolutely look forward to the next class. If you are hesitant to buy the band (as so was I) just do it. You will be so thankful to track your progress, see the numbers, and work towards your health goals. If theres anything worth prioritizing it is your health. Even if you just do 8 classes a month. It is better than none. Show up, be consistent, and I promise you wont regret it.

I appreciate the unique blend of group motivation and personalized goals in Orange Theory classes. Initially intimidated, I've come to love it as my favorite workout. The focus on personal progress, without the pressure of comparisons or keeping up with others, makes it stand out. OTF Wests staff and the community they've cultivated create a welcoming atmosphere that makes Orange Theory West feel like home during my workouts I'm truly grateful to have found it!

I just joined Orange Theory and was immediate welcomed like family. The group atmosphere and lively music definitely help me push myself harder that I ever would on my own. The equipment and technology is really cool and you can track all your stats easily. The membership cost is reasonable, the instructors are great, and the fast paced class has something for everyone!
