Google asks me if I use this business. Unfortunately, everyone is forced to use them because they shut down sidewalks and trails without providing suitable alternatives. Colorado spends a lot of the people's tax dollars attempting to build better pedestrian transport options to reduce climate change and increase accessibility for all. This company essentially makes all of that money a waste. You can even say this company heavily increases pedestrian danger and deaths due to not accommodating pedestrian travel and forcing more street crossings and limiting safe routes for pedestrians. Rogue companies should not be allowed to blatantly waste tax dollars and further climate change at their own will. Services: General construction, Building design, General building construction

Founders Crossing Health Care Plaza in Castle Rock was constructed by Waner in 2021. None of the 5 buildings can open their front doors because the cement was not poured properly and is heaving and blocking the doors from opening. Waner will not own up to their mistake, and now all five of the owners in this complex are on the hook for thousands of dollars to replace all the concrete in order to have it done right. This company is a disgrace. I literally cannot open my doors in order to properly conduct business and Waner stands by this terrible work as the standard in construction. Their website says they "take pride in the quality of service for our clients and our projects. We manage with a team approach while demanding individual performance and accountability." There is no accountability whatsoever. Pitiful. Before considering this company, I would highly recommend seeking out any one of the owners at Founders Crossing Healthcare Plaza for our full story.
