We used to love LPL Highlands Ranch. However, staff turnover has been problematic and our little one wasnt getting what he needed to excel. Furthermore, we were overcharged by quite a bit, and despite promises to refund us, were out a significant amount of money. Buyer beware.

This used to be such an amazing center. We loved the staff and the director and my toddler would tell me she didn't want to come home because she was having too much fun. I don't know what happened, but the center director who we loved left (got fired?) And all the teachers we loved chose to leave soon after. Obviously this led to closures. I have no idea what leadership did to anger so many people who we loved and took such good care of my daughter, but I don't think I could trust this center again after all the class closures, poor communication to parents about the leadership change, and after scaring away so many of the teachers that made me feel comfortable handing the care of my daughter over to them. So so disappointing.

This place is extremely awful and has the terrible reputation to go with it. My loved one was hired on as the director, and with her many years of experience and passion for her career, she began turning the place around, but all the time, this corporation was setting her up. She had been informed that all of the prior directors left under crazy circumstances and unfair treatment, but she still did her best. They offer teachers little to nothing and carelessly schedule things and set parents up for enrollment without consulting with the director. After all of the work that my loved one put in (while being spoken to crazily and mistreated), they fired her for "low- enrollment" even though they systematically tore down every attempt she made to hire quality teachers to be able to enroll students. Then, they put someone else in place (that supposedly had been employed there prior), and gave her all of the credit for the turn around and attempted to defame my loved ones hard work and great reputation. Please don't bring your children to this center because they could care less about the quality of care that is provided, and if you're looking for job, RUN!!! If anyone has advice about how I can pursue legal actions on her behalf, please lmk!

We love the teachers, but absolutely hate how poorly this school is run. My child has to go full days because my husband and I both work. However, This school has canceled my daughters class on Fridays whenever they are understaffed or someone calls out sick. Then, they still make you pay for a full week! Thats paying almost 100$ for a day that I have to find extra childcare for. Not only that, they cancel classes for an indefinite amount of time. So if they find a sub Thursday, theyll open classes on Friday. But I already planned for an alternative babysitter because I have to plan AHEAD to secure childcare. I cant wait until Thursday and then find childcare. THATS NOT HOW LIFE WORKS!!! So they still make me pay for a full week. They canceled Friday class for over 2 months during the holiday season and now theyre doing it again a month later. I get that they need to be compliant with state mandates, but for goodness sake its not our fault if you cant figure out the hiring situation. At least dont make us pay full price for sub par service.

Our son was there for over two years and loved it. Theresa and Keegan were very accommodating and flexible, and most of the teachers were caring and fun. We transferred to a different daycare for better curriculum but it was a very difficult decision. Well miss you all.
