They destroyed my vehicle after a month of going back there every day so they could fix the coolant leak that they caused by breaking my coolant reservoir forcing me to take time off work and forcing me to get everything else replaced to fix the leak and it still wasn't fixed after a month so they figured to just put rubber sealent around one of the leaks and sending me on my way thinking I wouldn't notice and stripping my bleeder bolt when I asked about this manager basically lied to my face and looked annoyed that i asked about it .Then they tell me now my heads are leaking and that's gonna be 2600 bucks and the owners wont cover this . THEY FRIGGIN CAUSED IT They SHOULD HAVE REPLACED IT the mechanics don't speak English and I highly doubt they are certified they care more about the burrito truck pulling in every day then there customers.Wouldnt test drive my vehicle the first time or any time and they don't have all the tools needed to work on your vehicle I should have just went down the road to the other meinekie because there actually owend be meinekie not like this one who think it's ok to call me multiple times and harass to me asking why I left a one star review well now i have explained why and do not call me any more if you continue to harass me i wlll press charges that i can do and will do.

Meineke is a great place to go for your car. Their prices are in the middle. Not expensive and not cheap. They do a great job and don't try to upsell you on things that are not needed. My only disappointment this last time was four quarts of oil were not included in the oil change. Bringing my coupon amount from thirty nine dollars up to sixty one. But I will still use Meineke. They do a great job.
