Alamo Rent A Car

We rented a SUV in Feb 2021. We got a fantastic brand new Ford Expedition with all the bells and whistles (unexpected). Super clean. Office was conveniently located in baggage claim and the car was in the parking lot right outside baggage claim at Eagle Creek Airport, near Vail. Great service. I highly recommend!

Easy and pleasant customer service. Vehicle was in perfect condition. I was given a choice of three SUVs which I appreciated.

I rented the car at Vail Colorado airport. It is an extremely small airport. with an extremely limited number of cars. I was given a large luxury Infinity SUV upgrade, which was great. Although I am typically very satisfied with the service, I had 2 issues this time. #1 - The car was dirty. The closest car wash was more than 20 miles away. #2 - When I returned the car to Denver airport, the guy there tried to charge me more than double the price. This was shocking! I will guess that these issues are something that is not the norm.

Very fast and easy being this was my first car rental. Vehicle was spotless with extra sanitation items upon taking delivery and no hidden fees or cost at time of drop-off! Highly recommended!
