Customer Service is absolutely amazing. You wont get someone from overseas who has absolutely no idea who you are and reads off a script and asks you to reboot your modem for the 40000x. Theyre local, theyre supportive. If you have issues, theyll help you ASAP. I rarely have outages, maybe once a month and its short lived. The 25mbps up and down is enough to watch 4K and game without lag. It also works fine for remote work. I have heard rumors of possibly upping the speed in priority boosts and I would pay extra for that, but so far I havent heard thats available. Thanks for the stable connection Xtream!

We arrived at our home in Gunnison on July 3rd to find our internet was not working. We called around 1:00 pm, thinking due to the 4th of July holiday we would not be able to get someone to come out until the 5th. Xtream had someone at our house within an hour with all the parts needed to fix the issue!! Great customer service!!!

Horrible customer service. Had to give my number several times, kept getting interrupted and then when i went to speak with a manager the lady said she was going to put me on hold to wait for a manager so i said ok and I started talking to my husband about the service and i realized i wasnt actually on hold when the woman jumped into our argument. then i finally got a manager and they told me that after the promotion was over we would be spending $200.00 a month for services.

This internet is absolutely horrible. Every other day the internet drops. Plus I get charged RANDOMLY $25 extra every other month They signed me up for a phone randomly when I never asked for it. I DO NOT recommend this internet services. They are sneaky and liars!
